Three people have been arrested in relation to the shooting death of a pizza delivery man in West Palm Beach.According to court records, 29-year-old Marcus T. Williams, 25-year-old Avianna M. Kerrwilliams, and 25-year-old Elijsha B. Wingfield were arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with first-degree murder.A report from the West Palm Beach Police Department notes that 911 dispatch received a call at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday of a pizza delivery man of Domino's getting shot at 1001 Douglass Ave.According to the report, responding officers found the victim, 33-year-old Tommie Anderson III, lying on the ground, bleeding from his neck and arm, and the victim was still breathing.Emergency aid was provided to the victim until West Palm Beach Fire Rescue arrived and transported the victim to St. Mary’s Medical Center.The report notes the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital at 1:17 p.m. According to the report, the resident at the home said they received the pizza from the victim and closed the door. Moments later, the person who said they received the pizza noted in the report they heard three shots fired and called 911.The report adds that city-owned and a resident’s cameras captured on camera a white vehicle in the area of the shooting minutes before the incident.A notice was sent out on the vehicle and at 4:45 p.m., a Florida Highway Patrol trooper stopped a white vehicle matching the description of the vehicle in the area of the incident at Belvedere Road and Military Trail.According to the report, officers saw rifles in plain view in the vehicle. All three suspects were interviewed and provided statements that noted there was an attempt to rob the victim. The report notes the victim had his hands up in a surrender position.The victim allegedly said he had one of those, a weapon, and reached for his pocket. Wingfield's pistol did not fire, but after clearing the weapon, he shot the victim three times.Williams also told law enforcement he had a gun and was "backup" for Wingfield, but did not shoot the victim because he saw the victim did not have a firearm.
